Terms and conditions:

·        Payment Terms: Advance payment (Full payment is required to proceed with this order through bank transfer or link payment).

·        Delivery Time: within 90 days (working days) after payment is received. (Delay might occur due to pandemic, shipping, clearance process, stocks availability and manufacturer production lead time).

·        Installation time will be determined once the charger arrives.

·        Electrical main supply box should be no more than 15 meters from the point of installation.

·        The installation point of the charging station should be shaded.

·        Please make sure the EV charger matches the vehicles socket. The owner should refer to the EV vehicle’s manual and consult the EV supplier to understand the charging process, rate of charge, and acceptable charge rate during charging

·        Additional charges will be determined after site survey and assessment beside of what mentioned below in part 4 “Standard Installation”.

·        The customer must secure all required approvals and permits from the building owner and relevant government agencies, if necessary. Additionally, they are responsible for any correspondence and licenses with any government or private entity.

·        Any delay on the customer in starting the work will result in a delay fee of 25 Kuwaiti Dinars per day.

·        Return package must be in the original packaging and include all items.

·        Returns must be requested within thirty (30) days of receiving the item and only applied for defective products.

·        The customer is responsible for returning the item and handling delivery cost.

·        The customer will be billed after indicating acceptance of this quote.

4.     *Installation

Standard Installation will include:

1.       Installation of 1 DC EV charging stations

2.       Supplying and installation of electrical components NO MORE THAN 15m (Meters) from the main electrical supply point: cables, isolators, breakers, electrical box, conduit (based on our observations to the site and installation requirement to power the EV charge).

3.       Civil work related to preparation of foundation to support the EV charger only.

4.       Testing & Commissioning of 1 DC EV charging stations.

Installation does not include:

1.       Other type of civil work and construction that include, but are not limited to removal/assembly, replacement, or repair of walls and floors, paints, shade area or other structural components.

2.       Any additional electrical work, but are not limited to alteration, repair, maintenance, updating, or replacement parts for the main/sub electrical utility panel, or other electrical system, components, or other equipment or system.

3.       Removal, replacement, or repair of drywall, paint, or other building wall or structural components.

4.       Any extra materials based on site assessment (extra charges may apply).

5.       Preparation of the parking from design to finishing that include, but are not limited to painting, marking and safety barrier are not included in the price.
